Why should I contact Maxsys instead of a commercial IT company?

Because we're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded to serve communities, not maximize profits. Every project we undertake, from connecting churches globally to supporting local nonprofits, is about strengthening the places we call home. When you contact us, you're not just getting tech support; you're joining a mission to ensure technology serves people, not the other way around.

What types of organizations do you serve?

We primarily serve nonprofits, community organizations, churches, schools, and small local businesses. Our mission is to ensure these vital community institutions have access to reliable, affordable tech support.

How do you ensure quality and reliability?

All Tech Stewards go through background checks, skills verification, and ongoing training. Local Support Center partners manage quality assurance and maintain relationships with both clients and service providers.

What if there's no Support Center in my area yet?

You can still post your tech needs on our platform, and we'll work to connect you with nearby Tech Stewards. We're also actively seeking partners to establish new Tech Support Centers in underserved communities.

How is Maxsys different from other tech support services?

We focus on local, community-based relationships rather than remote support. Our Tech Stewards live in your area, understand your local context, and build ongoing relationships with the organizations they serve.

Can I volunteer my time instead of donating money?
