Local IT Support That Actually
Serves Your Community

Connect with trusted, local tech professionals who understand your mission and your budget. From basic IT support to complex AI projects, without the enterprise price tag.

"Building tech-resilient communities through Veteran & Retired talent."

Caught Between Big Tech and No Tech?

Your organization deserves better than overpriced corporate solutions or struggling alone. Sound familiar?

Overcharged & Underserved

Paying enterprise prices for basic tech needs. Your $2,000 website somehow cost $10,000.

Website & Social Media Chaos

Your website is outdated, social media is inconsistent, and no one on staff knows how to fix it.

Remote Support Nightmares

Tech vendors who don't return calls. Support tickets that take days. Nobody who understands your mission.

Computer Breakdowns

Systems crash at the worst times. Software won't install. Troubleshooting eats up hours you don't have.

Data Security Risks

Old computers with donor information sitting in closets. One improperly discarded device can lead to identity theft.

No Local Resources

Can't find someone trustworthy nearby who can just fix the printer, update the website, or secure your network.

Built on Three Core Pillars

🛠️ Comprehensive IT Support

Everything from simple help desk tasks to complex system implementations. Build long-term relationships where local Tech Stewards become trusted advisors for multiple organizations.

🔒 Cybersecurity & E-Waste Protection

Every project is security-focused. Our Tech Stewards are trained in proper data sanitization, ensuring old devices are disposed of securely, protecting your donors and community from identity theft.

💡 Research & Development

We develop modern platforms for communities and encourage IT talents through volunteerism—from schools to retired professionals. At our core, we're software developers and IT professionals serving people.

2

Vetted Tech Stewards in your community browse projects, responding to opportunities that match their skills and interests.

3

Build Real Relationships

Work with someone who lives in your community, shops at the same stores, and becomes your trusted technology advisor.

Founded by Someone Who's Been There

Maryanne Rozier Chiriboga - Marine Corps veteran, cancer survivor, missionary, and business owner - spent years watching communities get exploited by tech companies selling solutions they didn't need. From programming COBOL on punch cards to facilitating community technology in underserved regions, she founded Maxsys with one clear purpose: bringing trusted, affordable IT support back to Main Street.
